摘要:
针对矿井传统防爆盖存在的漏风、复位困难、操作维护不便等问题,对防爆盖结构进行了创新性设计,并采用有限元分析软件对新型防爆盖在正常运行和爆炸发生时各部分强度和受力情况进行了分析,保证了矿井防爆盖的安全性,提高了通风系统的可靠性。
关键词: 新型防爆盖, 快速复位, 有限元分析
Abstract:
Mine explosion-proof cover for the existence of traditional air leakage, reposition difficult, inconvenient operation and maintenance and other issues, designed the explosion-proof cover structure in an innovative way, analyzed intensity and stress of each part during normal operation and explostion with the help of The finite element analysis software ,it can ensure the safety of the mine explosion-proof cover, and improve the reliability of the ventilation system.
